http://www.sarajevo-travel.ba/map ; http://www.sarajevo.ba Employment procedure is as follows:  After receiving all job applications our Management usually calls all the applicants for a short interview. Subsequently some of the applications are sent to IHWO London Recruitment Service for consideration so it is possible that some applicants are called for a telephone interview which can last for half an hour to one hour. In case the applicants do not own the qualifications required (IHC/CELTA) they can not work in our school until they finished mentioned TT. But if they have shown good results in their trial lesson or are interested in having the training IHCTL/ equivalent CELTA the school can organize IHCTL or CELTA TT (face to face or online) within three months latest since the start date of the RECRUITMENT procedure. The training may organized by IHWO Training Department who decide on the training tutor. or by other institution. Training lasts approximately 1 month depending on the class intensity and is done full time, around six hours a day which includes the Input and Teaching Practice. The candidates who successfully complete the Training can work full time or part time, definite or indefinite with social and health insurance included. They can also work under employment or agreement contract where the payment is done per a lesson held without the social and health insurance. Each of the contracts include 2-3 months of probation period. In case the employee does not fulfill the requirements i.e. does not show the satisfying results there can be a termination of contract. Benefits for Senior Teachers : DELTA MODULE 1 PAID BY THE SCHOOL !!!!   IH offers a series of face-to-face and Online courses for building specialized skills and supporting professional development. Courses are of different length and are only available at IH TT Centres. |
If you want to join our team you should own a IHCTL Certificate or CELTA as an equivalent i.e. knowledge on teaching approaches and methods, have a friendly approach towards candidates and have certain qualities as a person.
